Everything was good, personnel was welcoming. The room was huge plus it had a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and TV. It had a roll-in shower in the excellent bathroom.
The staff were poorly trained, didn't expect that coming.

Truly enjoyed every detail about our real good 1 night stay here. There was good food, the staff was really helpful and efficient. The location offered was quiet near the back beer garden, the pub itself and the centre of a pretty village with lovely thatched cottages. Besides, National Trust was 3 km away from the property.
